@mndscaptured for a detailed art process! ✨
“Send Blues” acrylic painting.
Medium sized acrylic painting titled “Send Blues” really happy I tried to experiment with colors! Below are some close ups of details!!
Artist note July 18, 2019:
Love the little glimmers of glitter I see in the top right corner of this last photo! Glitter is very messy to work! However, I love the effect it creates and the overall vibe it gives the painting as a whole.
At this point in my life and “painting/artist career” (I know ambitious for such an early start) I would say I am slowly learning new things about acrylic paint and paintings as well as art overall. I definitely had a more narrow view of art toward the beginning of college, but now I think I have widened my horizons slightly.
Untitled acrylic painting.
Have to add much more detail to the coat and still messing around with the background colors a little.
“Pink & Bluegie” acrylic painting with glitter.
Not sure what to call this… but I’m sure it will come to me. I’m preparing for an art show so maybe I’ll name everything in the end.
Update: I’ve named it “Pink & Bluegie” which is a play on bad & bougie!
Untitled unfinished painting about solidarity amongst women.
This painting has to do with women standing together in the face of adversity and also supporting each other when another is down. Too often women are pinned against each other when they should be working together.
“Hello, are you There?” 14 X 11 BY Rachel Williams
Acrylic painting with glitter. This painting has to do with being present and connected through social media, yet still feeling a sense of loneliness. Why is it that sometimes we feel alone surrounded by seas of people?

Acrylic painting. I’ve been working on making the hair a bit more complex, while still trying to keep it simple.
